Seaside Accommodation 2010 Eforie Nord – VILA ROCCO1

Our villa is situated on three levels 11 rooms of 20 sq. m. and one apartament.
Layout by level:

– one room on the ground floor

– four rooms on the second floor

– three rooms on the third floor

– an apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor

– three rooms on the fourth floor

Rooms are half facing the boulevard (South) and half the inner courtyard (North). Av-oriented rooms have the advantage that the balcony can watch the bustle of tourists in the resort. The rooms face the interior courtyard has the advantage of silence.

Our current seaside accommodation includes the following facilities:

the rooms have King size beds (1.80 m by 2m). Daily room cleaning , between the hours 9-11. We ensure white linen (changed every 3 days) and white towels(two large and two small) changed every 2 days.

- all rooms have their own bathroom, TV, refrigerator and balcony. Bathrooms have shower. Refrigerator's capacity is 105L.. TVs are 54cm wide and cable channels.

- internet access (cable) for most of the rooms (please ask if you want a room with internet access) There is a Internet access computer at the desk..

- exercise and fitness equipment

Play darts and table football in the basement

playing cards, remi, chess set

satellite football games on TV.

indoor playground for children (40sq.m.) and equipped outdoor playground.

- parking lot

- access to fully equipped kitchen.

Two grills (BBQ): one in the courtyard and one on the terrace on the third floor

This way, when the sun is too strong or when the weather is rainy you have pleasant ways of spending free time.

Important: Please smoke only in outer space (balconies,terraces).

Additional Features

We also have, on first came, first served basis:

- two table seats for small children

- one baby swing

- one baby backpack

- one foldable baby carriage

- two folding baby beds
